Functioning of 4 digit code telephone No. (1077):- A telephone bearing No.223357 as well as the toll free No. 1077 are functioning in the District Emergency Office, Nuapada.

2. Status of satellite phone/VHF system:- The satellite phone is functioning in the Res. Office of the Collector, Nuapada. The VHF systems installed at komna, Khariar, Sinapali and Boden Blocks are not functioning properly. During emergency VHF of police department are used for information dissemination.

3. Functioning of Rain Gauge Instrument: - 5 nos of Rain Gauge stations are functioning properly in this District at Block level. (Nuapada (Parkod), Komna, Khariar, Sinapali, Boden)

4. Stock of polythene: - 187 pockets (10nos in each pocket) of polythene rolls are available at present in the stock by this District.
