Grievance Monitoring System at Collectorate, Nuapada

Every Saturday, Public Grievance is condcuted in the Collectorate, Nuapada and it is monitored by "Public Grievances Monitoring System of Collectorate, Nuapada", a software developed by NIC. It is used to disburse the pending cases, issuing reminders by generating pending cases list office wise. Upto 3rd reminders are generated by the software.

The same is also reflected in the website of the district. The Grievance Petitioner can know the status of his/her petition by inputting just his/her name at the form. And if found unsatisfactory can e-mail the Collector to look into his/her case again or can follow the petition by knowing what the petition no. is ??? and to whom it is marked to ??
