National Informatics Centre extended its hands towards the computerization of Patients Registration during the Mega Health Camp, organized at District Head Quarter Hospital, Nuapada on 5th to 7th October 2006. 5854 Patients got registered through this software and free medicines are disbursed to them through Four separate counters. Doctors through out the Statewide attended the Mega Camp.

The uniqueness of the registration entry form was designed in such a way that, it took only 25 seconds to register one patient. Around 5500 patients got registered during three days of Health Camp. Numbers of reports generated from the database which are being sent to Ministry of health, Govt. of India.
